    Wow. Even via YouTube the tone is incredible. Coincidentally I was watching part 2 of “The Art of Violin” today and he was one of the artists featured. Maybe the universe is trying to tell me to pick up some of his recordings!

    For many, David Oistrakh is one of the greatest masters of 20th century. Personally, love his interpretation of Beethoven’s Violin Concerto.
